2009 Winter Festival of Runs
The annual Winter of Festival of Runs will include the Full Marathon, Half Marathon & 10-Kilometer Fun Runs. The first event will begin at 4:30 a.m. with the Full Marathon & 10-Kilometer at 5:30 a.m. As part of the festival, the first ever Trail Run will also take place the following week. The start/finish line will be at the parking lot of the American Memorial Park besides the Hyatt Regency Saipan. The Full Marathon will proceed north toward the Marpi area and back to the starting lines, down to the Pacific Islands Club and back for the finish. The turnaround for the Half Marathon will be at the San Antonio Beach Park and the 10-Kilometer turn around will be in front of the Joeten Motor Company in San Jose and back to the park.
